The Greens Of The Sea

 This month is passing so quickly & I’m going to be turning 30 very soon! There are certain little changes I’m making to my diet & overall beauty routine to keep my skin looking good as I get older, which I will tell all about this week.

Here is a healthy snack idea for today so you can get some green nutrients & I’m not talking about kale or spinach.

It’s the green of the sea!

All I did was tear seaweed into smaller pieces & evenly spread on a baking sheet.

Baste with olive oil, add a little sea salt  & a plentitude of dill.

Dill is one if my favorite herbs & goes surprisingly well with the seaweed.

Bake at 375 & just stay near the oven checking it after about 7-8 minutes. 

Crispy, crunchy & dilly!
